Description
Nut Plug Cellulose comprises ground walnut or pecan hulls and is used as a treatment for lost circulation.
Advantages :
- Nut Plug (Walnut shell / Nutshell) cellulose is an effective lost circulation treating material. It has a granular shape, and can be used in a blend of various sizes (fine, medium, and coarse) to prevent lost circulation or regain returns once losses begin.
- Nut Plug hulls are available in two types of material: pecan and walnut. The walnut hulls have greater strength. Treating levels depend on the severity of the losses and type of formation where the losses occur.
- NUT PLUG material has a high compressive strength, and can be used, if desired, as a lubricant.
Applications:
- As a result you will have a smooth and even tone on your skin.
- Gives you healthier skin by removing dead and dry skin cells.
- Walnut & pecan shell media is primarily used alone or in a combination with other specific materials to retrieve lost circulation.
- Applicable in all drilling fluids, including oil mud.
- Secondary uses include torque reaction and as a scouring agent to clean balled bottom hole assemblies.
- This media is very useful in oil-based drilling fluids as well as aqueous systems.
Packaging and storage :
- Nut plug is packaged in 22.7 kg, multi-wall , PP liner wall.
- Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition , and minimize dust.
